Made by Hemp: Cooling CBD Salve is best for use on skin, hair and nails, but it is not for ingestion. Keep it away from the eye area, and patch test a small amount before using it on any skin which may be sensitive. Do not use on areas with severe rashes, burns or injuries, unless directed to by a health care practitioner.

Ensure that the area you are placing the lotion on is clean and dry to allow for maximum absorption.
Place a dime-sized dollop of salve into the center of your palm, and rub it between your hands a little bit to ensure that it is the right consistency and temperature.
Massage into affected area with slow, circular motions.
Wait several minutes to feel the effects. You should feel a calming, cooling sensation within a matter of minutes.
Add more salve as desired.
