- For hot tea: Scoop 1 1/2 teaspoons of CBD Living Chai Turmeric Loose Leaf Tea into a tea infuser or cup. Pour 8 oz hot water over tea. Steep between 1-3 minutes and enjoy.
- For cold tea: Scoop 1 1/2 teaspoons of CBD Living Chai Turmeric Loose Leaf Tea into a cup.
- Add 8 oz cold water and steep for at least 30 minutes.
