You can use the CBD suppositories safely rectally or vaginally by insertion, as recommended for your care. To Use CBD Living Suppositories Rectally:
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before using your CBD suppositories.
Put on a finger cot or disposable glove, if desired. - Lie on your side with your lower leg straightened out, and your upper leg bent forward into your stomach. Lift upper buttock to expose the rectal area.
- Carefully insert the pointed end of one suppository into the rectum, past the sphincter.
- A water-soluble lubricant such as K-Y Jelly may be used if desired. Do not use suppositories with petroleum-based jelly (such as Vaseline).
- Leave the inserted CBD suppositories in place.
- Rewash hands and rest for 20 minutes before any activity to avoid suppository oil slippage.
