How to Use

Shake well before use. For maximum effect, pour 1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. into your palm and massage into affected areas before submersing into the bath or also add the oil directly to a hot bath and swirl water well for an amazing aromatherapy therapy. For best aromatherapy results, close the bathroom door to maintain aromas in the environment. 1 Tsp. = 33.3mg 1 Tbsp. = 100mg
