How to Use the Hemp Patch
For best results, place on a clean and dry surface of the skin. There’s a little alcohol sheet in the package so you clean the are before placing the patch on your skin.

Here are the steps:

Clean the area of skin where you’ll place the patch
Remove the printed liner from the patch
Firmly press the patch onto your skin
The patch adheres best on areas with minimal hair. Try to avoid placing the patch in areas where you flex a lot. If you’d like to place the patch on your knee, apply it either above or below the joint so it stays on.

To take advantage of all 40mg, the patch should be worn continuously for up to 96 hours.
